There aren’t adequate words to say exactly how we feel about Misty James!! This lady took a couple who have never bought, sold, or even moved and helped put them on the farm of their dreams!! She went out on her weekends to help us, drove over 2 hours from home to show us property that we ended up not liking, walked through the mud and weeds with a smile, positive outlook and words of encouragement! I have dealt with numerous real estate sales agents and brokers in my 61 years on this planet. Misty is just one of a kind or one in a million. Misty’s tenacity with continuous follow ups with me made me choose her over several other agents or brokers. While the other agents kept selling their company or broker, Misty sold herself to me. before I signed up with Misty I had asked a different agent at a different brokerage about the inventory of log homes on the market. That agent told me there was only one on the market and she sent me a $1.5 million dollar home and said that’s all there was. The next day Misty emailed me doing follow up and I asked her the same question as the other agent. Misty sent me 7 or 8 different log homes on the market and we put a contract on one of those log homes less than a week later. I am a bit rough around the edges and of course impatient when it came to the negotiation part of the contract I was probably close to giving up 3 or 4 different times “stubborn seller and buyer” but Misty worked her magic and put the deal back together every time. Anytime I called her or text messaged her she returned all calls and text messages if not immediately it would be very soon after that. She has so much energy when it comes to selling or buying real estate it made me tired just watching her go. In closing Misty James is a true professional. Her character and integrity is outstanding. Her negotiating skills are second to none and made my purchase fun and had our deal closed, signed, sealed and delivered in less than 30 days. I just could not ask for anything else. She made spending almost $600k the least painful as possible. I am and was so impressed with her I am giving her 2 different listings worth well over $1 million dollars. There are a ton of different real estate companies and agents out there. It really doesn’t matter to me what company she works for. I hired her and her professionalism and will always hire her no matter what company she works for and you should too. Misty was absolutely great! She does a great job explaining the process for everything especially for a first time buyer. She is so helpful and willing to make a drive for her clients. Misty is wonderful. She guided us through what could have been a nightmarish experience. She spent hours working with us, answering our numerous questions all with a smile. She was very patient with 2 generations and even had my husband, who is cynical of almost everyone, talking about how great she is.
